Paper Tiger Noodle Bar started as a way to break free from the traditional norm. Gaining traction as a pop up concept throughout the city in late 2019 and early 2020, we wanted to showcase a unique way to bring local seasonal produce to our customers. We are proud to have become a staple in the Old Ottawa South community and look forward to expanding our own culinary boundaries going forward!
Simply put, we make food that we love to eat and in a way that we love to eat it. Our dishes are made using authentic and seasonal ingredients but using not-so traditional techniques, ensuring that every bite is full of flavour. We are pleased to offer a wide selection of wines, sake, beer and scratch cocktails to complement each of our dishes. Partnering with local Beer and Sake breweries to bring you a truly one of a kind experience.
We believe that true individuality comes from honesty. Honesty to yourself and true dedication to your art form. From the music playing above you to the ingredients in your bowl, each dish and cocktail is an honest reflection of the hard working individuals serving you.
